The week of every show we remind exhibitors, through our social media, of the perks of being a VDP Pre-Show Gold Client. And reminding them of the definition of “PRE-SHOW” and how that means you must enroll BEFORE the show. I know every show photographer is different, has different packages, and does things different way, so I understand you may have questions! What It Is

The VDP Pre-Show Gold Client Program is our way of providing you a blend of show photography and a little taste of private client photography. We require you enroll in advance so we have a chance to familiarize ourselves with the schedule and where you are in the show schedule, do some sleuthing, and be as ready as we can be to capture you at the show both in and out of the ring as much as we area able to. You will enjoy guaranteed coverage (in the event we don’t have all rings covered at a particular show or in the case of our eventing friends this means all phases will be covered including dressage if we require sign-ups) and you have priority coverage. We get more candids of you. You get 10% off any additional purchases from the show. And you get ALL those photos of you and your horse in web resolution (Low Resolution, ideal for sharing and using online and can print to 4x6 in size, and released for that) edited and delivered within a week. The number of photos you get definitely depends on the number of classes you do and how long you’re near our cameras! You can see the pricing and decide whether the number of classes you’re doing makes investing in the Gold Client experience worth it to you or not. It is priced per horse/rider combo and if you’re a rider with multiple horses, each additional horse is at a discounted price.
